May 2026 – August 2026Renovated an approximately 2,000-square-foot residence through flooring, molding, demolition, tiling, painting, and minor plumbing work. Restored garage lighting by converting failed fluorescent fixtures to ballast-bypass LED operation.

May 2025 – August 2025Managed daily operations of a mall perfume kiosk, including opening and closing, cash handling, inventory, and employee training. Generated approximately $10,000 in direct sales through product demonstrations and pitches tailored to customer needs.
